What is TechCircuit.net?
TechCircuit.net wants to bring voice to an already crowded circle of technology and gaming websites. We aren’t going for the typical user. We aren’t that big. We aren’t going for mainstream. What we want are passionate fans to talk shop with. What we can offer you is a new take on the rapidly changing technology landscape. This site is our love affair to the topics that we are already passionate about. We invite you to join us on this ride to a destination that we aren’t even sure of.
I initially joined TechCircuit.net with the hope of simply writing about technology, gaming, and other media topics monopolizing my attention on any given day. Upon meeting with Ian, learning more about his vision, and understanding the underlying passion founding TechCircuit.net’s fan-driven culture, I knew I had found a home for my entrepreneurial interests as well. I’ve joined TechCircuit.net as Ian’s partner, with the goal to grow a social hub in which people from various backgrounds can participate in the same conversations others find interesting–learning and having fun doing so all at the same time. By bringing fresh ideas and new voices to this site, we hope you will appreciate the difference TechCircuit.net has to offer.
I enjoy games. Games (aside from FTL) enjoy me. (If you don’t know what FTL is…GOOGLE IS A THING TO BE USED NOW!) I want to provide you reading people with a fresh take on games which to me means throwing out everything that every other magazine or website uses to rate games and making my own rating system not based on things that do not matter in the FUN aspect of the game. I also enjoy netflix a bit more than an average human being so that’s an idea to watch out for.
Discussion is the thing. People seem to love the discussion. And coffee. And gummy vampires. Hmm, forget the destination, I’m not even sure what I’m writing at the moment. *reading* Oh, right, the discussion. Well, I’m off to be indoctrinated. I’ll check back in.
